I will do a free Comparitive Market Analysis on your Bella Vista land or your Bella Vista home. I will do surrounding areas such as Bentonville or Rogers too, but prefer to stay in Bella Vista and the immediately surrounding area as that is my expertise.

For Bella Vista Lots, I will need your lot number, block number and your subdivision name. I will then go look at your lot and send you (by mail or email) my evaluation of the lot, along with my contact information, my card, and a listing agreement in case you decide to list.

For a Bella Vista house, please include your address. I will look at the exterior (but will not bother you), check into some comparable sales, and come up with a price range at which your house should be listed. Keep in mind that since there have been so few Bella Vista home sales, that the numbers may not always match up with what the MLS says, but I will do my best.

For Bentonville & Rogers homes, please send your address and subdivision and I will get started. Allow me at least three days on these please.

For Benton County land, please send me your parcel number(s), a physical description of where your land is and directions.
